this is a must if on oahu. medium size menu with carefully designed dresses that are spiced to perfection. presentation was impeccable and the taste was from this world. the amberjack carpaccio would be my new favorite dish if it wasn't for the streets tacos, mac n cheese and calamari that we had. this place met all 4 of my favorite kitchens and did it so well that we might be back before we go back to the mainland. I recommend the crabcakes and truffles. the garnelen tacos were good, but it comes in a trio and the other 2 did not need to be there. the server was nice. the food took a long time to get out, but it happened. this place goes very easily on salt, can carry some with me if I knew I would come back.
