The standout dish for me at this restaurant is the Kahlua pig. It is tender and juicy, with the perfect amount of smokiness. Outside, they have a large BBQ where they cook huli chicken while you wait, giving off a Hawaiian aroma. The BBQ sauce reminded me of a similar dish I had in Oahu; sweet with a hint of seasoning.
