We have been ordering from here for the past 7 years and it has been pretty good around 4.5 stars. Having ordered tonight I gave it 1 star and should be 0 stars. We threw away the crab Rangoon, egg roles and teriyaki steak on a stick because it was simply not edible. I called to let them know not to get any compensation) and they hung up on me.
