My one and only time here, ms Fran didn’t have a restroom for my little one to use. Then, my snowball wasn’t flavorful or neat looking. It is important to have the facilities to accommodate customers and especially small children who cannot hold their bladders like adults. Also , this is a cash only place which isn’t convenient.
