Ice cream has little flavor, tasted like sugar free reduced fat ice cream. The cookies n cream topping was just the oreo cookie outside and none of the cream which is the best part!! Go to the Port Richey one. This location is just not the same as other Twistee Treats around. I get the feeling this used to be some other ice cream shop and some how just got the Twistee Treat name.
