First time in, food smelled good and the restaurantwas clean. Went in to order 4 wings with a side for 8.99. ASSUMING fried rice is side, I asked for 4 wings with rice... The total was over 18.00. I asked why the price was so high and I was told because rice is not a side (a list of sides was pointed out). Per the printed receipt the meal is 8.99 4.99 rice.
