I have always been a Carrabba’s lover but this experience was by far AMAZING! From the greeter being welcoming and accommodating. We were treated very inappropriately by the host and manager. We ordered curbside and after waiting 15 minutes past the time it was due, I called. The host tells me the kitchen is backed up so I asked for a manager to get an accurate eta. The manager said she would check on it but never came back to the phone.
