The beef was chewy, the lamb was slightly more tender, with pork coming in third as the least tough. Chicken was the most tender of all. Each meat required different cooking times, and wagyu and lamb needed to rest longer to balance out the larger pieces of chicken and pork skewers. View all feedback.
