We went on a day where they weren't busy. Total of 4 tables with customers including us. The server while friendly never came to check on us to refill drinks or ask how the food was. The hostess/general manager was in the back on the phone making a personal call. We saw 3 customers come in and leave because they were waiting so long to be seated.
