I placed my order and waited 15min+ on 3/5/22. My order was a Venti, Frappuccino, add whip, and mocha. What I recieved was a: Venti, iced, add whip, and mocha. I went back to the manager and explained that not only was I running late to get back to work at a hospital, but I am needing a refund. This is unacceptable, low employees working, no loud voices so nobody could even hear the orders processed. View all feedback.
