This place is a joke if know basics of how Japanese food should look and taste like.What you see on the pics is what they called “Ramen” ? but its just $2 Walmart cup noodle, Salmon roll was rolled with what sushi chefs call “snails” and looked like cheap home made ones.Visited Indio and it was last opened “Japanese food” in the area.
