We went to Easton for a weekend of shopping,l and swimming. We got breakfast one morning at the Bistro for us and our kids. It was perfect. Starbucks coffee, fresh fruit, crispy tater tots, perfectly “cooked” French toast. The quotes are because it is all made in an air fryer or something like it. We had breakfast in the hotel's cafe after an overnight stay at the Marriott Courtyard in Easton. Our experience had its ups and downs. My wife's sausage patties were cold and tasted odd. The tomatoes were under ripe, but the scrambled eggs were warm and delicious. My hash browns and eggs over medium were perfect. And, the bacon was crisp and tasty.
