I visited with a family member while on vacation last Tuesday. The greeting was very flamboyant and over the top. While waiting for our food we could hear staff continually and very loud. Our food arrived with hollandaise sauce that was not blended or warm and hash browns that did not have a touch of brown on them. There was not a refill of drinks.
