I would have given 5 stars but wasn't thrilled with the breading on my chicken fried steak (it was cornmeal or something grainy) other than that everything was delicious. My husband had the ribs and they were definitely 5+ . Don't worry about the wait time because it's worth the wait. They are so understaffed it's sad, but you can't blame them. 1st time we went when it 1st opened, the food was good but took forever. Gave them a few more chances, cold food, burnt food, never consistent. Chicken skewer appetizer, one time you go you get 3, the next time you go we got 4. Sorry Rustic Truck. We were really rooting for you.
