Most of the food comes pre-cooked, and the grills on the tables are just to reheat them. I touched the wooden skewers when the food came to us, and they were stone cold. Also, all the food except for the wagyu was way over seasoned. They seem to like a lot cumin in their food, so the whole restaurant smelled like B.O.
