Lunch courtesy of my awesome director today was delicious! I absolutely enjoyed my open beef sandwich- beef fillet, red onion marmalade on sour dough and topped with a creamy gorgonzola dressing. I wiped my plate clean. Followed this up with warmed chocolate brownies and ice cream. My colleagues enjoyed chicken pesto wraps and carrots cakes for dessert.
