What PHIL SIMON likes about Xcatik:
Food was fresh and delicious, with some high quality presentation. Meals even come with complimentary chips and dips. Drinks were also great! However, the price was high for the small portions (the fish may look big but it was mostly bones). I left happy with the taste but hungry for more still (60% full). What Susan Way doesn't like about Xcatik:
So, good news, bad news. We were served Ceviche and guacamole to start. The guacamole was very good. We've had better Ceviche on island, but it wasn't bad. When they served the flank steak, we could tell right away it was a low quality cut of beef and it tasted as though it had been injected with salt solution. When we get flank back home, it has a good sear. This was barely brown on both sides. Service: Dine in View all feedback.
