Ordered a takeaway, after 1.5hrs we chased it to be told it was in its way do waited still no sign of it then we were told they didn't know if they'd sent it or not finally we cancelled the order and went to buy fish and chips however the owner thought it was fine to still keep the money for a meal they never sent.
