I cannot claim to have become a sushi-making expert in just one evening, but I can confidently say that I have made significant progress in learning how to make sushi at home. To say that I mastered' sushi-making in the course of a single evening would be a lie, but I can say that I've tentatively taken steps towards learning how to assemble sushi back in the comfort of my own home. .
