Always good. Best steaks in town. This time my rare 8 ounce sirloin steak was little too rare. That's hard to do with me as I prefer quite rare. But this one was quite raw. Looked like barely put on grill. I just ate sides where more done then took rest home and cooked rest of way next day. View all feedback.
