I went to this restaurant for the first time and ordered the stone-grilled mapo tofu fried rice. I was surprised when I expected it to be piping hot but it was served in a bowl. Huh? It wasn't hot. At least the mapo tofu had steam. And the rice? It was just transferred from a jar to a bowl with mapo tofu on top. What's so "stone-grilled" about it? It's just a regular bowl.
