What Nicklaus Harris likes about Chuck E. Cheese:
We were a few times to this place and always had bad service and treated as if we were annoyance instead of a customer. Today I took my son for my birthday, and the girl at the counter was amazing. She was so hard working and patient and friendly with my children when she found what they wanted in the end. I was very impressed. I just had my step sons here. When I came there, I went up to 3 ladies who just sit on their phones and asked if I should check with them or not. There was a huge lack of communication, we have in our order of food and cakes and I had to review as it took almost an hour to get out. While people who came after us first received their orders.
