This place was formerly brilliant; but it seems that after its reopening after a decommissioning for renovations it all lost its good qualities. The lobby did not have the sauce/salsa bar, for which Pollo Tropical is known, the staff was not trained or offered on the restaurant menu, and we received an incredibly scanned amount of toppings on our Tropichop bowls.
