This is the type of general store you grew up with. When you walk through the door you smell delicious pizza. There are homemade pocketbooks and bags and for 25 bucks you can have homemade fleece lined woolen mittens! I stopped going to Franchetti's about 9 months ago because I found a thumbtack in my pizza, The owner assured me that there were no thumbtacks in the store… But on the back wall just to the right where they cut their pizzas there’s a bulletin board of litter with thumbtacks.
