Customer service was awful, got them a little before 9pm on a Friday night. The sign says chicken cooked fresh when ordered. I can honestly say the chicken tenders were hockey pucks. I could hardly bite through them. I ordered extra fries and was told it would take 5mins if I wanted to wait, ended up taking almost 15mins and they could not even make fresh chicken that was not sitting in the warmer for hours.
