First time having Dutch Bros this week and I ended up return 2 more times to the same location. The service was very good. Attitude goes a long way. 4 stars for the actual drinks. They have tasty drinks but I wouldn't call them top-shelf coffee or smoothies. The employees have been great. 3 stars for Atmosphere because hey, it's a drive-thru not Venice or a hip coffee shop. No stars are deserved. My husband who has been going there for 10 years (sometimes two times a day) all of a sudden is called out as “mean” to the staff. Well all he's ever been is nice.
