I've been a faithful customer for three years. I visit twice a week, at least. Today, I called in an order and arrived with cash, only to be reminded there's no cash payment option right now (dumb on my part, but I'm human). I was told “Sorry. We can't figure this out,” and I left without my bowl. To me, you treat faithful customers better than this. I won't be back. And that's a damn shame cuz I love the bowls. Kure... View all feedback.
