Food staff are awesome. The online ordering is awful, due to poor planning. Please stop “making a sandwich at a time”. Trade making a to go order with a walk in. You’re setting yourself up to stress out team customers, to lose business. If you cannot manage, don’t offer, no big deal. 30 minutes past scheduled pick up time is ridiculous.
