"Very cozy atmosphere at Herta and Relaxpba to eat at Kajen 23. The waiter was friendly and very attentive, the food was good and well-prepared, both the steak dish and the arugula pizza. The portions were generous and in the midst of all the coziness, customers might wish for windows and soundproof glass panels to be cleaner.
