Disappointing Bad service of late. this used to be the best place for meetings and a quick catch-up. Since Godfrey and the tall manger left, knead is not the same. The homely feel has gone out the door. you can easily wait min for a coffee. Today we ordered take away chai and cuppacino and got nothing more than warm milk.
