I supported this takeout for years, and had minor slip ups here and there but never chose to complain, until today. Ordered from Mr Delivery, and when it arrived, the most expensive, main dish, was not there, and I was instead given fried rice. When I phoned them to let them know of the error and to arrange a replacement with Mr D, they refused. Had to call Mr D to arrange a refund. Very sad. View all feedback.
