This place has really gone downhill, especially since the owner of Pal's passed away. The quality of the food is terrible. A Big Pal used to taste like real ground beef, now it tastes like a freezer patty. They now also like to microwave the mayonnaise and lettuce on the burgers for some reason. Gross.
