Rude waitress lowered our umbrella and exposed my mom to the sun. We asked her to keep the umbrella up to avoid sun burn. She refused. We left. What made the experience worse was the condescending attitude of the waitress. We said the sun harms my mom 's skin. The waitress smirked laughed and said this is florida .
