Posh shop, nice, friendly people but shame about their Technical Service. It took 2 weeks to fix frothing problems with our Grand Lattissima coffee machine. All communications are done via their call centre. One cannot contact anyone at the shop, very frustrating. Inadequate and unacceptable Technical Service. They should improve their after sales service. Buy your coffee machine from somewhere else, not recommended. View all feedback.
