I haven't had any of the customer service issues mentioned here, but I also get a basic shaved ice for just me. That said, the shaved ice is fantastic. All shaved ice is not created equal. Only knocked it a star because sometimes they don't pour as much flavoring as you'd want, and sometimes you dig through the big mountain of ice only to find a large air pocket of nothing in your cup.
