I really like Arby's. Great food dude! But I am super disappointed with the good burger. They had an opportunity to come up with a unique delicious sauce, but no, they put 1000 island on it, lame af. What Dennis Hood doesn't like about Arby's:
The counter person first overcharged for the order but this was corrected. Two small sandwiches and sides took over 10 minutes from order to completion. While we waited a guy started mopping behind the counter by dumping the mop water on the floor. The manager was there and apparently approved of the slow service and cleaning methods.
