Great food and great service. Well… for the most part. There has been a few days I've gone into the place to only be helped by a rude worker. But I get it, not everyone can be perfect 24/7. What Douglas S doesn't like about Dairy Queen Grill Chill:
Second time the drive through took forever. This time it took 19 minutes in the drive through for chicken tender kids meal and a rotisserie salad. 3 cars in the drive through and three cars parked outside. When we did get our food the kids meal chicken was barely warm. Unfortunate as my kids really love dairy queen. I don’t know that we will be back. View all feedback.
