We were visiting from out of town and somehow, by sheer chance, managed to wander into this place during a street fair. So, it was hectic and crowded and what not. They were handling it well. Their pizza is always great. The service we had was horrible. After waiting over 30 mins and seeing everyone else that came in after us get their food we are told that there was a mix-up but our food was in the oven and will be out soon. It was another 30 mins before it arrived so it sounds like they hadn't even started it yet. We waited a total of about an hour before getting our food which is too long to entertain...
