What Jonnie M doesn't like about Wendy's:
Oh my goodness! They got our order right (coke and sweet tea) but the customer service was incredibly awful! She acted like we were an inconvenience, or worse, like we had just slaughtered her dog! I don't care what people look like (at least 20 piercings on her face), and I said please and thank you (I've worked in customer service so I try to be nicer knowing that they deal with awfulness all the time), but my gosh...
