Evangeline's is our favorite restaurant when we visit Tuscaloosa. Just fined here last night. Service is 5 stars. Management is 5 stars. Staff from the hostess, servers and bartenders are always 5 stars. Love the intimate setting and ambience. Food is always amazing! Usually I've always had a good experience and the food has been great. Today's dinner was mediocre at best. I've loved their duck in the past, which was also a decent sized portion. However, tonight's duck was tiny piece and taste was not even close yo what they've been capable of. Was a big disappointment.
