Tried the fried Catfish basket which is loaded four big pieces of deep fried catfish that need to be center cleaned because the dark track leaves that "dirt" taste, and the batter could use some spices because it had little flavor but a lot of crunch... the catfish meat itself is good I just picked out the dark track.
