Oh boy I think I got lucky one day going there. I’m not sure if the older gentleman runs the establishment or not but it was one of the best drive thru experiences. The food is good across the board but the personnel attitude is what makes a difference. The man was cheerful on the speaker, kind and friendly. This location needs to do more customer service training. I haven 't been to a Wendy 's in years and only came here because it was the closest option... the drive thru server had no patience when I asked a question and decided to make a change to my order... saying oh my gosh out loud instead of providing good service, after initually asking me to wait when I first pulled up .
