Horrible horrible experience!! Leslie who works at the front desk is very unprofessional and rude. She has bad attitude towards customers. We had two rooms reserved (family of but she tried to put us in a guesthouse (separate building located across the street from the hotel that looks like a dormitory) with three single beds and no bathroom/shower.
