Beter Than Most TexMex. Though the place is a takeoff of Pontchos, it's far better. The shrimp tacos and guacamole rule... service very good and the food is very tasty and reasonably priced... I like that the buffet is not an open serve-yourself-place where people slop everything on the plate and kids stick their fingers and hands in it... Way better organized than Pontchos that use to be on Vets Blvd in Metairie, La View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about La Azteca:
Literally 1hr wait sitting down. It was only 4 us and 1 other guy that was sitting there on the corner. Food was not so great. They had only 1 lady working there as well receiving calls, being a waitress ,etc. View all feedback.
Terrible customer service, they give you a while for an order and when it arrives you have to...
The food was AMAZING but the service was slow. The atmosphere was nice as well. Would eat there...
