Panera Bread - Kennesaw

What User likes about Panera Bread:
I ordered some items for delivery and one was missing. I called and was very quickly put on with Logan, a manager, because neither picking it up from store nor a refund would work for me (covid, but I need food). Not only did they let me reorder it and refund the second order once it was delivered, the reorder came with some extra goodies. Food quality is as good as other Paneras, customer service is above and beyond... View all feedback.

What User doesn't like about Panera Bread:
The cashier Braton, a young lady was very surly and rude. The manager was also rude. I didn't have to hear from the dishwasher. And I really didn't have to hear that the manager is mean for the staff and they work with a sense of urgency. She was also rude to the customers. She doesn't have to worry about me being back.
