This place is hit or miss on ribs. Sometimes tastes like real smoked BBQ. Sometimes seems like cooked in a pressure cooker then thrown in the smoker for a short time to brown. stringy mushy and tough with no smokey goodness. Real BBQ should have a certain bite tension and pull and not fall off the bone (pressure cooker or oven will achieve the fall off the bone) but Yankees that don't know real BBQ judge how good it...
