The hotel offered a Christmas Eve buffet. It was overpriced and food was terrible. Food choices were limited, carving station wasn’t manned half the time and items advertised as being included weren’t. Worst of all, they started packing things up at 7:45 when it was scheduled to 8 pm. Staffing continued to be an issue, but pay people more, you clearly were charging more. View all feedback.
