Unfortunately, on the day I last visited, there seemed to be mass confusion at the drive-through window. The first person that began taking my order did not understand English very well or could not multi-task. For the first time ever I could audibly hear three different people trying to get my order entered correctly. It was very frustrating having to repeat myself over and over. But, we survived. The McDonald’s in Kilgore,Tx is ridiculous. They never get your order right, they don’t say thank you . When you give them your code you don’t get the discount and then your app shows you already used that discount. This is the last time I go to this McDonald’s! View all feedback.
