We had breakfast included in the price served by half 8 til 11 which is nice when you sleep in and is served down in the bar. Room was very clean and spacious, we had two single beds and a double bed. Recommend this place read more.

Pros: Right in downtown Kilkenny so great to walk and access anywhere in city! Included in the price is a full hot breakfast. The staff were very nice, friendly and helpful. Cons: The bathroom had some issues- the sink did not turn on, the water in shower was cold, toilet was broken. While the room was clean and tidy, the sheets and comforters were dirty. read more.
