STRONGLY NOT RECOMMENDATIONS!!! It wasn't bad until they moved to the ARC booth. Probably the worst Pho ever on this planet? Very few noodles in the soup, which tasted like hot water and soy sauce. Not to mention the wrong noodles. And who put raw mushrooms in the phostop?? Go to Timmys, Food Truck, Library Café, anywhere, but KHAO in ARC. I have all my friends. View all feedback.
